Please review these terms before submitting a construction intake brief, executing an architectural contract, or scheduling a property site visit.
1. Scope of Platform Facilitation
Urban Nivas operates as an organized construction facilitation and property verification platform. We match prospective homeowners and developers in Indore with vetted civil contractors, structural engineers, architects, and verified property listings.
2. Cost Estimates & Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
Figures provided by our online Cost Calculator represent standardized market approximations based on prevailing civil material indices in Indore (OPC 53 grade cement, Fe 550 TMT steel, river sand, and standard labor schedules). Final contractual pricing is established only following on-site soil evaluation, structural design sign-off, and formal itemized BOQ generation.
3. Milestone-Based Construction Execution
All turnkey construction contracts facilitated through Urban Nivas require staged milestone billing (e.g., Plinth completion, RCC Slab casting, Brickwork, Plaster, Finishing). Funds are authorized only upon successful quality inspection and engineering verification at each phase.
4. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal dispute, arbitration, or claim arising out of services facilitated by Urban Nivas shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
